The Space H Partnership Model is designed for individuals and strategic investors who want to participate more deeply in the growth of the Space H real-estate ecosystem.
Rather than simply investing in an individual property, eligible partners can participate at the company level, gaining an ownership interest in Space H alongside an agreed return structure.
Eligible partners may receive up to 5% equity ownership in Space H, subject to the applicable valuation, investment amount, shareholder arrangements and definitive legal documentation.
The proposed partnership model provides for up to 30% annual return on qualifying capital, subject to the agreed investment terms, company performance and definitive legal agreements. Returns are not guaranteed.
